Composing while Black and Queer
27.-28.10.2025 | Hochschule für Musik und Tanz Köln

Concerts, masterclasses and conference, organised by Prof. Susanne Blumenthal and Jun.-Prof. Anna Schürmer. Among other ensemble pieces with the Ensemble ColLab, I played Celebration, a solo for piccolo flute composed by George Lewis.

This performance was broadcast by Deutschlandfunk on 2 February 2026 as part of the program Musik-Panorama, in the feature Composing while Black and Queer by Sophie Emilie Beha and can be heard in the video below.

Festum Fluxorum 2.0
24.–26. October 2025 at Schloss Moyland (Bedburg-Hau)

This is a three-day festival that I curated, a homage to the original Festum Fluxorum Fluxus (Düsseldorf, 1963). Artists from the Marina Abramović Institute, the Borderland Residencies program, former students of Joseph Beuys and artists closely associated with the original Fluxus scene will take part.
